Congratulations to our graduates!

Successful completion after 3.5 years of training - Congratulations to our newly qualified apprentices! Deni and Mamadou who have successfully completed their training period and now join our production team.

During their 3.5-year apprenticeship as Electronics Technicians for Machinery and Drive Technology, our trainees acquired extensive expertise in electrical engineering. The practical training took place at MENZEL’s electric motor plant, where they familiarized themselves with all stages of industrial motor production. Now, they are starting their careers as certified technicians in our assembly department.

To complete their apprenticeship, they first had to pass a written exam. A few days later, they faced the practical exam, where their hands-on skills were put to the test. The goal: successfully commission, an electric motor. This required them to manufacture a motor winding, assemble the motor and operate it using a self-built circuit. Quite a challenge.
