A shared look ahead

Once again, strong team spirit and open communication took centre stage at our annual All-Hands Meeting in Hennigsdorf. This year-end gathering truly brought together all hands of the MENZEL team, with colleagues joining from different departments and locations around the world. The goal was twofold: to increase transparency across the company and to highlight the commitment and expertise each team member brings to MENZEL every day.

In the very beginning, Mathis Menzel shared a clear outlook on our vision and strategic priorities for 2026, including new investments that will lay the foundation for MENZEL’s next chapter. His presentation set the tone for the day, providing a shared understanding of where we are heading and how every team contributes to our collective success.

This was followed by a series of short, practice-focused presentations. Colleagues gave an overview of where we currently stand in explosion protection and which opportunities lie ahead, shared fresh perspectives on online marketing and social media, and presented a live AI prompting demo with concrete use cases for MENZEL. Each contribution was designed to be practical and engaging, offering insights into areas that many colleagues do not encounter in their day-to-day work. After a short break, the programme continued with further impulses ranging from learning from complaints to occupational health and safety as a shared responsibility, rounded off with relevant information from accounting.

One of the highlights of the day was the guided tour through our production facility. Here, our teams explained technical details of our machines, shared their experiences with workflows and gave an overview of current projects. Discussing processes first-hand highlighted how closely interconnected our departments are and how essential smooth collaboration is for quality, reliability and safety.

Ultimately, the meeting was not only a platform for sharing knowledge, but also a celebration of our collective work. As a family-owned company with a long-standing tradition, close connections and open interaction are part of who we are. The All-Hands Meeting provided an additional opportunity to strengthen these bonds, express appreciation for cross-departmental collaboration and create space for new ideas and continued development.
